If a bidder makes an offer for disposal, his offer is invalid. Among the methods of utilization, the tenderer accepts the ones in which the environmental impact fee LXIX of 2003. on the basis of Annex No. 2 of the Act the amount of the sludge placement multiplier is 0.8 (agricultural utilization (use in arable land, wooded areas, e.g. poplar plantation), permitted recultivation, composting). Bidder for incineration as a sludge placement multiplier of 1 does not accept the method of utilization as a valid offer. The sludge from municipal sewage treatment (HAK code 190805) (hereinafter: sewage sludge) generated at sewage treatment plants is of a communal nature. The basic amount of expected sewage sludge is 4, 170 tons. In the framework agreement, the tenderer undertakes no obligation to call the expected quantity. The acceptance, loading and delivery of the expected amount of sludge described in the attached table to the bidder at the designated sites is the utilization to its location, its consideration and utilization is part of the task, the delivery of the waste to the utilization site must be organized by the tenderer.
