Sewage sludge removal and utilization Transportation and utilization of treated, dewatered sewage sludge (HAK 190805) generated during the normal operation of the wastewater treatment plants of Szegedi Vízmű Zrt. Estimated amount of sewage sludge to be transported: 16, 500 tons/year. Regarding the annual estimated quantity, a quantity deviation of + 20% is possible. Transportation of treated, dewatered sewage sludge (HAK 190805) generated during the normal operation of the sewage treatment plants of Szegedi Vízmű Zrt. and utilization. Estimated amount of sewage sludge to be transported: 16, 500 tons/year. Regarding the annual estimated quantity, a quantity deviation of + 20% is possible. Quantitative differences may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as 1. Szeged most of its sewage network is combined, which affects the total amount of sewage mixed with incoming rainwater to be cleaned. Between 2010 and 2025, the annual volume varied drastically by 31.4%. The quantitative difference is significant it is caused by changes in the amount of rainwater. The amount of nutrients in wastewater diluted with rainwater also decreases, and the amount of sludge and raw sludge, therefore, also decreases in the dewatered sewage sludge. 2.
