④ Be a person who has license of pharmaceutical sales business based on Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ;
⑤ Among the items shown in the "Pharmaceuticals Procurement List" issued separately, those who bid on narcotics are those who have a license for narcotics and drug shelf wholesale business based on the provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the Act on Control of Psychotropic Drugs about ;
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;
