1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a 3D printer with a set for final processing of models and a 3D scanner (set for developing and printing 3D models for oncological procedures) for the needs of USK-2 PUM in Szczecin, hereinafter referred to as the equipment.2. A description of the subject of the order with details of all components of the delivered set, including consumables, is included in the Description of the subject of the order form (order 2 to SWZ), this form should be submitted together with the offer form (ref. 1 to SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as FO).3. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for the offered equipment is at least 36 months, counted from the moment of receipt of the equipment.4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, when implementing the subject of the contract, acts in accordance with the principle of non-seriousness damage (DNSH), specified in Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, in particular: ensuring that devices meet energy efficiency requirements, ensuring that they have the required environmental certificates, ensuring minimization of emissions and environmental impact, collect and manage waste generated during delivery, installation or servicing in accordance with hi...
