The subject of the order is the provision of services in the scope of performing the function of Contract Engineer related to the project implemented by the Ordering Party entitled: "Improving urban mobility - eco-transport in Olsztyn" /CPV code: 71247000-1; 71520000-9; 71248000-8; 71541000-2; 71631300-3/. 2. Taking into account the provisions of Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right to extend the period of provision of services at the stage after the completion of the works. (warranty and guarantee) - a maximum of 12 months, 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as its size and scope are specified in the Terms of Reference and in the annexes to the SWZ. 4.
