Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A satisfactory completion of Fire Extinguisher Refilling works of tk.200000/- (Two Lakh) in a single or two contracts as a prime contractor in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation throughout 03 (Three) years shall be required. Subcontractor experience will not be allowed.2. Minimum liquid asset amount tk 200000/-(Two Lakh).3. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2, 00, 000/-(Two Lakh)only.4. Updated Valid Tax, VAT, Trade Licence, BSTI Certificate, Fire Service and Civil Defence Licence, Import documents for ABC dry powder for ABC dry type fire extinguishers must be submitted.5. Lab Test Report from BUET/BCSIR govt. lab must be submitted befor refilling everytime of that particular powder having Monoammonium Phosphate minimum 40%-50% based and Ammonium Sulphate 30%-40% Based. 6.The participating firms in the tender must have their own factory and complete arrangements for such works.7.It must be ensured that nitrogen gas is used for the pressure inside the cylinder.8. As per ITT-Clause 31.2(a)i. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with the e-GP system in favour of the POWER GRID BANGLADESH PLC either in the form of a bank draft or pay Order.Proof of the above information must be attached to the tender.
