​The Ordering Party requests the provision of a preliminary quote for: servicing of petroleum substance separators, divided into tasks: Task 1. Servicing of petroleum substance separators for the "Czajka" Plant [ZCZ]. Task 2. Servicing of petroleum substance separators for Equipment and Transport Division [PST]. Task 3. Servicing petroleum substance separators for the Property Maintenance Department [DUN]. Task 4. Cleaning the grease tank at the sewage treatment plant of the "Pruszkow" Plant [ZPR]. The valuation form and description of the subject of the order can be found in the tab Attachments. The valuation form should be submitted via the Company's Purchasing Platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Offer Form in the Attachments tab. A person posting any information on the Company's purchasing platform is deemed to be documents, applications, notices and offers is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the price indicated in the Valuation Form will only serve the purpose of understanding the market by the Ordering Party and does not constitute a binding offer for the award of an order.
