The Ordering Party requests a preliminary quote for: servicing MSA Safety equipment, divided into tasks: Task 1. Servicing respiratory protection equipment for the "Czajka" Plant, divided into parts. Task 2. Servicing the equipment respiratory protection for the Sewage Network Plant. Task 3. Servicing respiratory protection equipment for the Water Supply Plant. The valuation form, description of the subject of the order and the required declaration can be found in the Attachments tab. Form Valuations must be submitted via the Company's Purchasing Platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Valuation Form in the Attachments tab. A person posting on the Company's purchasing platform is deemed to be all documents, applications, notices and offers are authorized by the Contractor and act on his behalf. Together with the Valuation Form, it is required to submit a Statement attached to this market analysis in the Attachments tab.
