Tenders are invited for Servicing and Maintenance of Central Air-Conditioning System
I. Base Hospital - Balangoda

03. Bid Forms will be issued from 16.02.2024 to 06.03.2024 on working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. at the Office of the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Director of Health Services. Receiving of Bids will be closed at 10.00 a.m. on 07.03.2024. The relevant fees to obtain bid documents should be paid to this Office and the receipt be submitted along with a written request. 04.
The two covers containing the original and duplicate should be enclosed in one sealed envelope of which the top left hand corner be marked as "Invitation for the Supply of..........................Services - 2024/2025" should be sent by Registered Post or hand delivered to the address. No. 75, Dharmapala Mawatha, Ratnapura. 05. Sealed bids should either be sent by Registered Post or deposited in the Bid Box kept at the Accounts Division of the Office of Provincial Director of Health Services before 10.00 a.m. on 07.03.2024.
06. Bids will be opened at 10.00 a.m. on 07.03.2024 immediately after closing time at the Office of the Provincial Director of Health Services. Bidders or their authorized representatives could participate at the time. 07. Bid documents could be inspected at this Office free of charge. 08.
