The incumbent will be responsible for inspection missions, diagnostics and project management of works on the heritage of community works of art in the 36 municipalities of PMMCU including the following elements:

1 - Assistance missions for surveillance actions works of art conforming to the'Technical instruction for the monitoring and maintenance of structures (ITSEOA, circular of February 16, 2011) specifying the technical modalities for carrying out IQOA visits, annual visits, detailed inspections (initial, periodic, exceptional), simplified inspectionsees, underwater inspections, end-of-warranty inspections and reinforced surveillance and high surveillance; and published by the SETRA, as well as by CEREMA, and will comply with the standards, operating procedures and regulatory texts in force, in particular the IFSTTAR sheets;

3 - Study and project management assistance missions (AMO) in compliance to the decree of March 22, 2019 specifying the technical terms of executionelements.

This is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum but with a maximum annual amount of 600, 000 euro(s) excluding tax entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1, R 2162- 1 to R 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
