Part I. Educational meetings, workshops and training in the prevention of addiction and behavioral disorders for students of grades 1-3, 4-6 and 7-8 of primary schools and for students of general secondary schools run by Gmin Nowogard 1. Subject of the order carried out will be in accordance with the provisions of the Specification of Order Conditions together with annexes, using materials and document templates provided by the Ordering Party. 2. The contractor is obliged to execute the subject of the order on time and efficiently and to cooperation with the Ordering Party at every stage of service provision. 3. The contractor is obliged to carry out the task in accordance with applicable regulations and the principles of occupational health and safety (OHS). 4. The Contractor will ensure proper protection of participants' personal data form of support in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the Ordering Party. 5. The participants of the forms of support that are the subject of the order are children and young people at school: students of primary schools (7-14 years old) and secondary schools (1519 years). 6.
