Immobilienstadt Zurich (Immo) is a service department of the building department of the city of Zurich and is responsible for the management and facility management of around 1, 900 urban real estate. As part of an open tender procedure, service providers are sought for the successive, needs-based provision of transport and logistics services. The aim of the tender is to find one (lot 2 and 3), or several (max. 3 at Los 1) service provider that support the city of Zurich in transport and logistics tasks, especially in the area of moving planning, transport disposition, processing as well as ancillary services, such as intermediate storage, cleaning and furnishings. The surcharge is distributed in different loose (a total of three), which is implemented by the conclusion of framework contracts. Based on this, the client can call up individual orders. However, the service providers are not entitled to a minimum number of individual orders, which is why additional claims for less than the expected orders are excluded.
