Thank you for participating in the tender for services related to Technical inventory with production of technical passports (with entry in the register of construction activities and preparation of information on the technical condition of real estate) for the scope of services for land facilities (54 units) and an additional 683 underground facilities that are connected to above-ground structures and submit your technical and commercial proposal. Please consider reducing the cost to the lowest possible level and submit a final commercial proposal. Warehouse Requirements commercial offer: 1. The total cost of services for above-ground and underground facilities without VAT2. The price offer is provided on the basis of payment on a monthly basis (it is desirable to postpone the payment for 45 calendar days from the date of signing the acts of services provided). the cost of the specified services must necessarily include all associated costs (fuel, transport, business trips, invoices, labor costs of specialists, etc.). The proposal must be drawn up in accordance with the scope of services for the technical task (if it added to the tender). Bidders, based on their experience, have the right and undertake to check the scope of services and supplement with those types of services that, in their opinion, are necessary for the successful provision of the service in general. If such additions are not made, it is assumed that all additional services that may arise in the course of providing these services will be provided by the Contractor within the declared cost and terms.
