Description: The Provincial Hospital of Huasco, hereinafter indistinctly the Hospital or HPH, health establishment dependent on the Atacama Health Service, requires contracting the SERVICES OF "SECURITY GUARDS" to the Hospi1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997such, located at Avenida Huasco No. 392, Media Luna Sector, Acceso Sur, of the city and commune of Vallenar. In special consideration of the nature of the services required by the Hospital, it is required that all the personnel that will carry out the tasks through this tender1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997they treat; are under a bond of subordination and dependency with the supplier, therefore, it is mandatory that said personnel be subject and, therefore, must be hired under the regulations of the labor code, thus ensuring that they are entitled to all the benefits of such regulations, asfor example, maternity protection, legal holidays, social security rights, etc. Due to the foregoing, offers that include hiring of personnel under a modality other than that indicated, such as, for example, contract for the provision of services for fees, will be rejected.Cases and specifications of the required service are described in the technical bases of this tender.
