The contract holder is informed, that the Annecy Genevois Hospital Center (CHANGE), support establishment, of the GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex awards the contract within the framework of its legal competence (art L 6132-2-5a) of the Public Health Code in benefit of all members of the GHT i.e. CHANGE, the GEX Hospital Centerand the Rumilly Hospital Center.

As such, the supporting establishment leads the award procedure and signs the contract on its behalf and that of the participating establishments. The establishments are, for their part, responsible for the execution of the contract with the exception of the award of possible contracts.nants
