Services related to the system addressed to Grantees of subsidies co-financed by the Technical Assistance Program for European Funds (“SID”) 1. The subject of the order are services related to the system addressed to Grantees of subsidies co-financed by Technical Assistance Program for European Funds (hereinafter referred to as "SID"), in the scope of: 1) transfer of the SID to the ICT infrastructure of the Contractor or indicated by the Ordering Party, hereinafter referred to as "Transfer Services"; 2) sharing hardware and software infrastructure necessary for the operation of SID and ensuring the continuity of production operation of this system, hereinafter referred to as "Maintenance Services"; 3) technical support for SID and making changes to the SID software, hereinafter referred to as “Support Services.” 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in: Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - maintenance services, Annex No. 1b to the SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - transfer services, Annex No. 1c to SWZ - Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) - support services. After concluding the contract, they will constitute annexes to the contract (the draft provisions of the contract constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 3. The Ordering Party does not provide any possibilities awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act. 4.
