1. The subject of the order are services related to the maintenance (including hosting) and development of the MojePPK website presenting an overview of the accounts of Employee Capital Plans (PPK) participants. 2. Name and code relating to the subject of the contract as defined in the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 72000000-5-IT services: consulting, software development, internet and support. 3. The subject of the order is: a. the basic part of the subject of the order in the form of the provision of maintenance-related services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, i.e. provision of the Porting service and Commissioning service; provision of Maintenance services; provision of hosting services. b. Optional part of the subject of the order in the form of an Option Right to increase the subject of the order by the Contractor providing the Ordering Party with development-related services, i.e. providing the Development service, providing the Administrative Support service; provision of the Exit Plan service. The subject of the Agreement also includes the transfer of proprietary rights to the Ordering Party or the granting of licenses to individual Works, on the terms set out in the Agreement.
