IT IS REQUESTED THAT THE PLAN TO BE CONTRACTED FOR EACH ANTENNA BE AS FOLLOWS: LOCAL PRIORITY: 500GB VALIDITY: 12 MONTHS QUANTITY: 8 ANTENNAS IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR COMPANY NAME OF THE COMPANY RTN, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DATE NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, considers that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from the payment of Sales Tax, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo procedures authorizing administrative authorities to enjoy this Sales Tax exemption benefit.
