Services providing a platform for collection of data and associated services as part of the energy savings certificate system evaluation program (PRODICEE). The purpose of this contract is to provide a WEB platform allowing: o Campaign management investigations, o Collection of data from respondents (The Holder will be responsible for collecting consumption data from ENEDIS via the SGE-Tiers service and from GRDF via the ADICT service), o Interaction with different actors (CSTB, polling institutes, administrators), o The exploitation and export of the collected data, o Complete traceability of treatments and access. The purpose of this contract is to provide a WEB platform allowing: • Management of survey campaigns, • Collection of data from respondents (The Holder will be responsible for collecting consumption data from ENEDIS via the SGE-Tiers service and from GRDF via the ADICT service), • Interaction with different stakeholders (CSTB, polling institutes, administrators), • The exploitation and export of the collected data, • Complete traceability of treatments and access.
