Subject of purchase: Property protection services, maintenance of order and implementation of the inspection and transit regime at the facilities of the HALO TRUST REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN UKRAINE. Customer: HALO TRUST REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN UKRAINE. Term of service provision: from 02/01/2026 to 01/31/2027. Format security: Physical security, 24/7 (round the clock), daily. It is necessary to provide 1 round-the-clock post (1 security guard per shift) at each of the following facilities: 1. Kyiv region, Brovary, str. Dimitrova, 119, schedule 24/72. Kharkiv, str. Plekhanivska, 57A, schedule 24/73. Mykolaiv, str. 4-a Pozdovzhnia, 78, schedule 24/7 Basic requirements for the Contractor: License: Possession of a valid security license (Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine). Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the market of security services. Equipment: Security guards must be in uniform of the established model and have special equipment with them (in accordance with the legislation). Mobile groups: Presence of own rapid response groups (RSG) in the cities where the facilities are located (Brovary, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv). Reporting: Provision of monthly reports and acts of completed works. Requirements for the tender offer The participant must provide: Commercial offer, which indicates the total cost of services per month for each object separately (including VAT).
