The participant, as part of the tender offer, provides a calculation of the cost of services based on one person. The cost per person is the basis for determining the total cost of the contract. The subject of procurement includes the provision of the following services: - creation of an individual profile of the applicant on the website of the State Migration Service with subsequent entry and correction of personal data; - creation of the applicant's visa dossier; - professional translation of all documents into English; - scanning and uploading of the applicant's complete dossier to personal office; - registration of each applicant for the procedure of submission of biometric data; - support of applicants during the submission of documents and removal of biometric data; - monitoring of dossiers and prompt response to additional requirements of the Migration Service in the mode 24/7. The criteria for participants are fixed in the appendices to this purchase. Fulfillment of the specified criteria is mandatory and will influence the customer's decision to determine the winner. The customer does not consider offers from counterparties of any form of ownership, which have final beneficiaries in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Each of the participants will undergo the internal qualification selection of the Customer, which will directly influence the decision-making process.
