Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in the preparation and delivery of lunch sets for students of the Integrated School Complex. Silesian Piasts in Legnica consisting of two dishes: soup, main course and compote. 2. The Ordering Party plans to: predictable number of meals delivered daily - approximately 350 lunches, in the months of September and December 2026, approximately 27, 650 lunches should be delivered, i.e. 350 lunches x 79 feeding days. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the delivered quantities lunches according to students' orders. If the total supply of lunches is less than the number of 27, 650 planned by the ordering party, the contractor is not entitled to any financial claims in this respect.4. The Ordering Party will report any changes in the quantity of ordered lunches Contractors no later than 9:00 a.m. on a given day. 5. The contractor will provide the above-mentioned lunches by own transport starting from September 2, 2026 until December 22, 2026, on all school days from Monday to Friday, excluding the holiday break period, statutorily or additionally free from teaching and educational activities and the period ...
