We are conducting a preliminary collection of proposals for the search of a supplier of outsourced engineering services for the implementation of video systems for the FORA network. Within the framework of the project, there is a need to engage external engineers to perform a complex of works, which includes installation, configuration and putting video surveillance cameras into operation at network facilities. We are waiting for your commercial offers as described below. Terms of reference. Scope of work: Total number of objects: 200 Estimated completion time: up to 9 months (until the end of 2026) List of work at one facility: Preparatory work: Obtaining the necessary materials from the warehouse Estimated time: 30-90 min Logistics to the facility: Kyiv: 30-120 min Outside of Kyiv: 60-360 min Installation work: Laying the cable (link) Camera installation Primary setup Camera alignment Approximate time: 60-120 min Setup and integration: Pre-configuration of camera zones Transfer of data/parameters to developer Approximate time: 15-30 min Reverse logistics Return from facility Approximate time: 30-360 min Waiting from the contractor: Cost of services: Cost of 1 engineer (per hour / per day / per object - with details) Additional costs (logistics, consumables, if included) Resource model: Number of engineers that the contractor is willing to allocate Scalability teams.
