Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the provision of the services necessary for the organization and management of INSST events and communication actions. Thus, the aim is to have a comprehensive service that allows the organization of INSST institutional events and the development of the elements necessary to carry out the organization's communication actions. Lot 1: Audiovisual service The winning company will provide and install the necessary technical means for the correct development of the communication actions and events, in accordance with the instructions dictated by the INSST. In addition, you will previously prove that you have the rights to use any materials you need (music, image rights, etc.) and you will deliver all the materials used, the final and raw artwork of the graphic and/or audiovisual material, in physical and digital support, used for parts within 72 hours after completion of the project. Likewise, it will comply with current regulations regarding accessibility, meeting at least level AA (in accordance with ROYAL DECREE 112/2018, technical standard UNE-EN 301549:2022 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2: 12-12-2024).
