This contract is a framework agreement allotted: - Lot 1: Sectors 1 and 2 - Lot 2: Sector 3 - Lot 3: Sector 4 It concludes with minimum and maximum annual amounts relating to brush clearing operations and maintenance of green spaces nearby drinking water works, as well as access roads for the Alésienne Urban Water Authority (REAAL). The public buyer is the contracting entity in accordance with articles L1212-1 to L1212-3 of the Public Order Code. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. It sets the conditions for performance of services and is carried out as purchase orders are issued. Market financing: Alès Agglomération-REAAL equity capital. Payment by bank transfer within 30 days. Application of default interest (BCE increased by 8 points) and fixed compensation for recovery costs of 40 euro(s). No financial guarantee clause will be applied. Price variation: firm and revisable annually in the event of renewal. No variations accepted. Award criteria: The most economically advantageous offer assessed according to the criteria set out in the specifications (Consultation Regulations).
