Tender Details

Open call for tenders. Framework agreement for single-award purchase orders (minimum and maximum amounts indicated below). The duration of the contract is set at one year, from the date of notification to the holder. However, it could possibly be renewed three times a year, tacitly. In the event of non-renewal, the city of Saint-Herblain will notify the holder, 2 months before the anniversary date of the contract, of its decision not to renew it. The contracting authority does not act on behalf other contracting authorities. No possible additional services. Neither variations allowed nor variations required. Currency: euro. City budget; administrative mandate within 30 days; invoicing terms see contract. This contract includes a review clause, a progress clause and a professional integration clause for people far from employment for lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 (see commitment document). With regard to lots 7 and 8, in accordance with article L. 2113-13 of the code of public order, these lots are reserved for structures of integration through economic activity, mentioned in article L. 5132-4 of the labor code and for equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulatory, disadvantaged workers.
