Short description: Oslo municipality V / district Grorud, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites to limited offer competition in connection with the acquisition of architectural services. The district Grorud is one of four districts in the Groruddals. The initiative is a collaboration between State and the municipality to improve living conditions in Groruddalen and conducted in the period 2017-2026. The initiative is shared organizational in the sub-programs upbringing and education, employment and local environment. The district has an area loom in the sub-resident Romsås and Grorud.Målet with the area replacements at Romsås and Grorud is to strengthen local chair-quality qualities. The district will enter into cooperation with a supplier or supplier constellation that can follow the development of various sub-projects in the area records with a holetal view, and contribute with its professional competence to further develop the project portfolio, as well as working with concrete sub-projects.
