Part 1 - Launch and implementation of the automatic voice patient service service Part 2 - Central IT event monitoring and analysis system Part 3 - Preparing for NIS2 Part 4 - Microsoft training 1.The subject of the order is: 1)start-up i implementation of automatic patient voice service, 2) launching and implementing the service of a central IT event monitoring and analysis system, 3) conducting an audit to meet the requirements of the NIS2 directive, updating the System documentation Information Security Management (ISMS) and conducting cybersecurity training, 4)conducting training on issues related to Microsoft solutions. 2. The subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts, which are described in detail described in the annexes to the SWZ titled Form of required functionalities - Annex No. 2.1 - 2.4 to SWZ - respectively for each part of the order. 3. The subject of this procedure was planned to be implemented as part of an application for co-financing of the project National Recovery and Resilience Plan as part of investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care".
