Tender Details

Services of organizing events in Poland, for the purpose of implementing tasks, by the Department of Aid Programs. 1. The subject of the order are services for the implementation of events on the territory of Poland, for the purposes of carrying out tasks, by the Program Department Aid. 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous on the terms specified in the PPU. Ordering party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The ordering party provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act. Order will consist in repeating services similar to the services covered by the basic contract, described in the OPZ, in particular including comprehensive organization of events, with the possibility of adapting their scope, form, size or method of implementation to current needs of the Ordering Party. The total value of orders awarded on this basis will not exceed 100% of the value of the basic order. 4. The Ordering Party does not expect the Contractor to carry out an on-site visit or check the documents necessary to complete the order referred to in Art. 131 section 2 of the Act. 5.
