Services of a general contractor for the renovation and development of the Markgrafenpark Berlin Note: The client is not subject to any legal obligation to apply European procurement law. The application of the procurement and Contract regulations for construction work Part A, Section 2 Procurement provisions in the scope of application of Directive 2014/24/EU (VOB/A - EU) are voluntary. The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of a general contractor contract for the Planning, construction and renovation services required for the turnkey implementation of the construction project. The EVP III LuxCo 3 S.à.r.l. intends to renovate and develop the office and administration building at Lindenstrasse 67-71, 10969 Berlin into one Residential complex. 267 micro-apartments and 168 residential apartments for students and so-called young professionals are to be realized in the building ("construction project" or "project"). To finance the construction project, the client accepts donations according to the Guideline for federal funding for efficient buildings - residential buildings (BEG WG).
