Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of installation of traffic priority signals in vehicles of the Metropolitan Police Headquarters, hereinafter referred to as the "service" or "services". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Chapter XIX SWZ and Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said evidence along with the offer. 4. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. 5. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate in the offer part of the order, the performance of which will be entrusted to Subcontractors, and providing the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 6. Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2016. The Ordering Party informs that: 1) the administrator of your personal data is the Metropolitan Police Commander; 2) supervision over the correct processing of personal data is exercised by the personal data protection inspector: address: ul. The contracting authority envisages invalidation of the procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not awarded. 8.
