Specialist team "S" Basic unit "P" Transport unit "T" The subject of the order is the 24-hour provision of sanitary transport services for patients - Specialist Team "S" and Basic Team "P" and Transport Team "T" for the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after Saint Jadwiga in Opole divided into 3 tasks (packages). The provision of services will consist in ordering sanitary transport by the Ordering Party to the places indicated in the order. Sanitary transport also includes transport of patients infected with infectious diseases. The contractor is obliged to carry out transport in accordance with applicable sanitary and epidemiological procedures, in particular to provide persons carrying out the order with personal protective equipment and using them in accordance with the recommendations of the national consultant in the field of infectious diseases and the Ministry of Health, as well as ensuring disinfection of vehicles and equipment.
