The expected study has a dual objective: 1. Define the logistics and real estate needs with a view to creating a centralized rear base, intended to optimize the storage, management and distribution functions of materials and equipment used by the technical services and management of the Nantes University Hospital. 2. Entrust a complementary mission aimed at optimizing and centralizing the management of clinical research kits, based on an approach similar to that adopted for the rear base. The market is structured into five (5) mission elements, from the analysis of the existing situation to the award of the Global Sectoral Market (MGS).
