As part of the "Difoet (service provider conveyor technology)" project, suitable providers should be evaluated that meet the requirements of logistics services from Post CH AG.
With the procurement, the following goals should be achieved in particular:
* The system availability is through a professionalMaintenance and repair ensured
* The external service provider can ensure a piket service for the unplanned repair
The following points are relevant (aptitude criteria / must criteria):
* Piket organization: 365 days / 24 hours a week
* Experience in maintenanceand repair (at least 3 years) of lifting beam devices, cross-shift trucks, crossbelt sorters, vertical conveyors and portal liver
* Experience in maintenance and repair of belt conveyors including the band welding (at least 3 years)
The following points are relevant (surcharge criteria):
* Reaction time within 3 hours on site: (Locations: Zurich Muelligen, Eclepens and Harkingen)

In the three letter centers there are currently a total of 61 lifting bar bearing devices in the use of
Zurich-waste: 24 lifting bar bearing devices
Hardening: 25 Lifting bar bearing devices

In the three letter centers there are currently a total of 52 cross-postponements:
Zurich-waste: 20 cross-postponement cars
Harkingen: 20 cross-postponement trolley
