Services for the control of dormant traffic and manual traffic control
the city of biel intends to involve a private service provider for the purposes of the judicial control of dormant traffic by administrative order in the area of the city of biel and its contracting municipalities. This is the jurisdiction conferred by the judicial police authority and assigned the task, in defined zones with public parking lots and central parkuhr, with parking disc mandatory or card control to take control of the dormant traffic. Likewise, the city of biel intends to transfer tasks for manual traffic control as well as other traffic and public transport tasks to the same private service provider. 2.7 place of service provision city of biel and contracted municipalities in the agglomerateion biel 2.8 duration of contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system start: 01.01.2020, end: 31.12.2023 this order can be extended: yes description of the extensions: the contract is concluded as stated above for a period of 4 years, the contract begins on 01.01.2020, contract end is 31.12.2023.
