Description of the service: Contract for the provision of technical and auxiliary services, plus customer care and management services, for the Teatre la Bòbila de Les Roquetes de Sant Pere de Ribes, in accordance with this set of administrative clauses particulars and specification sheet. The general objectives of the service are: - To guarantee correct and adequate use and maintenance of the theater's technical equipment. - To guarantee a service of attention and welcome to the attending public for ensure the correct development of the shows and activities that take place.- Ensure the correct use of the theater facilities, including both the stage and the auditorium.- Carry out the assembly and disassembly of the stage and technical elements necessary for each activity, rehearsal or function.- Establish good coordination with the technical representatives of the professional companies that have to carry out the activity in the equipment, or of the amateur entities, as well as suppliers that use the theatre.- Collaborate with local entities and in all that staging of non-professional proposals, also, where appropriate, in the more production aspect.- Ensure the correct application and execution of the Theater's Emergency Plan.- Manage and/or communicate the incidents that occur in the equipment, in the stage-technical aspect, but also in the maintenance of the building and its facilities; following the directions established with the municipal staff.
