Contract Engineer services, including preparatory services, settlement and investor supervision for the investment entitled: "Construction of a water recreation facility (AQUAPARK) with accompanying infrastructure and construction of outdoor swimming pools complementing the offer of AQUAPARK in Opole" The subject of the CI Agreement, hereinafter referred to interchangeably The Contractor is the provision by the Engineer to the Ordering Party of services related to the proper implementation of the Investment, including investor supervision services over the WRB Agreement and services of the Contract Engineer and settlement of the Investment. Within the scope of the subject of the order includes: Guaranteed Scope (interchangeably called Basic Scope) and Optional Scope.
