Description of the service: Joint contracting of the drafting services of the basic project, the executive project, health and safety study and geotechnical study of the Urbanization works of Plaça de la Vila de Montseny.
Procedure: Type of processing: Urgent Justification of the urgent processing: The action that is the subject of the contract is linked to a grant from the Single Plan for Works and Services of Catalonia 2025-2029, year 2026. According to the regulatory bases of the program, it is an essential requirement to submit the technical project drawn up before June 30, 2026, and failure to submit it would result in the full revocation of the grant. Given that the term of execution of the contract is three (3) months, the processing the ordinary course of the procedure would make compliance with this deadline unfeasible, and non-urgent processing would entail a real risk of loss of the subsidy, with the consequent financial loss for the City Council. In accordance with article 119 of Law 9/2017 of Public Sector Contracts, urgent processing is justified to meet duly motivated reasons of public interest.
