Description of the service: The object of the contract is the hiring of a service company for consultancy and advice in the preparation of the List of Workplaces of the Vallirana City Council, and which will involve analysis of the current situation of the staff, the development of a description of the positions, an assessment of the existing jobs, or that are intended to be created, and advice on the preparation of a list of jobs, as well as a manual of management and assessment of jobs, in order to achieve the optimization of existing human resources and an effective and agile management of them, in accordance with the redesign of the organizational structure that the municipal administration has drawn up.
