1. The subject of the order is: Collection services and further handling of medical waste, as well as waste in the form of packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them, solid waste from preliminary filtration and screening, frompads in the form of used activated carbon and in the form of saturated or used ion exchange resins carried out for the Independent Public Health Care Facility, Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 3 in Rybnik for a period of 36 months.
2.The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submittingtion of partial offers. The subject of the order is divided into two parts:
1) part No. 1: Services for collection and further handling of medical waste,
2) part No. 2: Services for collection and further handling of waste in the form of packaging, solid waste, used activated carbon, saturated or worn oution exchange resins.
