Please submit a commercial proposal for the provision of services for cleaning semi-cars after unloading raw materials (clinker, slag, limestone, gypsum). Location of the facility: LLC Cement, Ukraine, 65055, Odessa, str. Khutorska, 70 (Odesa Cement Plant) System unloading/cleaning operations and approximate capacities: when the wagons are delivered to the plant, we put them under unloading, the unloading capacity is 25 wagons per day, unloading takes place around the clock, after unloading the first batch of wagons cleaning only during the day (usually the entire unloaded volume of wagons is cleaned in one shift, after the cleaning is finished, we put the second batch of wagons under unloading, cleaning again in the morning. The unloading front is 10 semi-wagons. We note that the wagons do not arrive evenly. There may be 100 wagons on the territory under unloading at once, or 1-2 wagons may arrive and they need to be cleaned. But at the same time, we plan and try to send goods in whole trains (48 cars, 3300 tons). Approximate approach plan of raw materials in tons for 2026 is attached. The commercial offer must contain the following information: Availability of a price offer: - Services for cleaning wagons after unloading raw materials with opening and closing hatches of semi-wagons UAH/t without VAT (tonnage is calculated based on the weight specified in the invoice) Validity period of the commercial offer Period of possible start of work after agreement of all conditions and signing of the Contract Estimated number of employees that you can provide us.
