Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a technical service consisting of service and maintenance activities as well as inspections of devices and installations installed in the building of the PGE Turw Arena entertainment and sports hall located at ul. Lubaska 9A in Zgorzelec.2. Range activities include in particular inspections and maintenance of: air conditioning systems, power generators, external hall lighting with its systematic supplementation, TRAFO station, hydrophore plant, ventilation units and camera monitoring.3. In order to ensure proper functioning of the facility, the Contractor is obliged to perform systematic inspections, at least once a month, of all elements of equipment, devices and installations. i.e.: technical installations, which include: installations water and sewage, hydrophore, ventilation and air-conditioning installations, electrical and power installations and devices listed in the Monthly Protocol on the performance of technical services, periodic inspections and maintenance of devices and installations, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the draft agreement. 4.
