● Scope of Works: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to perform the following:
Service Preparation: Cleaning, removing debris, dust, and moss, repairing existing cracks, filling voids, and ensuring proper slope (screed) for water drainage
Waterproofing Application: Installation of waterproofing
Details and Termination: Proper waterproofing of parapet walls, drain outlets, pipes, and ventilation ducts
Testing: Conduct a 48-hour water ponding test to ensure the system is watertight upon completion.
Site Cleanup: Removal of all debris and equipment from the site upon completion.
