CSC - Tieteen viettoteknikan keskus Oy has had ServiceNow in use since 2017. The system has been purposefully developed to support the digitization of CSC's processes. The system hosts a dozen master data entities. Number of integrations there is also the same category between other systems. There are more than 30 processes using the system, many of which have their own workflow. Internal development is competent and we are able to develop the system comprehensively. The system is installed with an on-premise model. The goal of the acquisition is to find a service provider to deliver as one service both a) ServiceNow licensing and b) expert service, so that CSC's operations continue as they are now and enable the ServiceNow platform in the future development to the different needs of CSC.
