UCalgary is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide ServiceNow consulting, development and professional services in support of the University-s ServiceNow platform, operational requirements, and future initiatives. The intention of this RFP is to establish Preferred Supplier Agreements with up to three (3) Proponents whose proposals, in the sole opinion of UCalgary, represent the best overall value, experience, technical capability, and service offering.Successful Proponents will be added to the University-s Preferred Supplier List for ServiceNow professional services. Preferred Supplier status does not guarantee any minimum volume of work or exclusivity; however, Preferred Suppliers may be invited to participate in future quote requests, Statements of Work (“SOWs”), or competitive bid opportunities related to ServiceNow initiatives across the University.This process forms part of the University-s Supply Chain vendor qualification process and is intended to establish a roster of qualified ServiceNow professional services providers capable of supporting the University-s evolving platform and operational requirements.Future engagements may include, but are not limited to: Staff augmentation services to support UCalgary-s internal ServiceNow team; and/or Vendor-led project delivery for defined outcomes under a Statement of Work (“SOW”).The detailed requirements are set out in Appendix A - RFP Specifications of the RFP document.UCalgary intends to use the following pr...
