The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Customer in connection with ensuring the collection of Tolls, which are defined in these Tender documents, including:
a) Preparation of the Provider for the provision of Services in Phase 1 - Preparation,
b) Trial operation of the Services,
c) Customer services
i. Providesnot directly to the Customer (Front-office) through individual channels of Customer Services,
ii. Services for the implementation of the Customer Relationship Management agenda (Back-office),
iii. Payment infrastructure services,
d) OBU Logistics Services
e) OBU Operations Services
f) Termination of the provision of Services.
Subject to fullof the Agreement is also the implementation of certain Services provided at the explicit instruction of the Customer, namely:
a) changes to the scope of the network of Customer locations,
b) additional training of the Customer's employees,
c) provision of technical assistance for the Customer,
d) updating of contextual data.
