Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public order is the supplier's obligation to provide the customer with Oracle software support, up to a maximum of 2 database instances of Oracle Database 18c Release 1 and later, while this technical support includes the following activities:

a) installation and implementation Oracle database technologies;

b) system assistance in the area of ​​the database environment;

c) debugging databases and applications;

d) migration and upgrade of databases and applications;

e) creating and modifying controls and scripts for running an Oracle database;

f) designing and creating scripts for database backups;

g) administrative one-time database manipulations;

h) Incident & Problem management;

i) On-site interventions in the locations of VZ II., Za Viaduktem 8, Prague 7 - Holešovice;

j) Documentation of changes and settings.

The provider undertakes to provide technical support for the Oracle database in the following forms:

a) Reactive services ensuring the availability of the Hotline with remote support, monitoring the development of the solution, escalation management, providing remote support with a guaranteed response time, resolving incidents (hereinafter referred to as "emergency");

b) Proactive services by carrying out on-site interventions and providing consulting services in the scope of 100 man-days (MDs) during the entire period of validity of this contract, these services are provided to the necessary extent at the request of the customer and under the conditions set forth in this contract, regardless of the number of incidents.
