Tender Details

The subject of the order is a service support including diagnosis and removal of reported failures and defects for the Ordering Party's Cisco hardware and software in accordance with the defined SLA. The service will be provided by an authorized partner of the manufacturer owned Cisco IT infrastructure. A detailed description and method of order execution are included in: a) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), b) Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ - Detailed list of equipment covered by this order, c) Appendix No. 5 to SWZ Template of the contract. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to the Contractors' inquiries.
