Service support for Data Processing Centers Data Processing Center Maintenance service along with all required features described in Annex No. 1 "Description of the subject of the order" 1.The subject of the order is the Service Center Service Data Processing together with all required features described in Annex No. 1 "Description of the subject of the order". 2.The service will be provided to maintain business continuity and system availability (physical/virtual/network problems) including: 1)Service: a) IT equipment - service of IT equipment (servers, network devices and data storage devices) used to provide services provided by the IT Department of the Lower Silesian Provincial Branch of the National Fund health, b) power supply system - service of the emergency power supply system (including, among others, power generators, UPS devices, electrical installation of RSZA switchboards) and service of electrical switchboards c) security systems - service CDP security systems, including physical security systems, SWWiN, fire protection, VESDA, BMS, CCTV and securing a safe working environment for IT devices - precision air conditioning system. 2) troubleshooting, 3) fuel delivery to the generators generators.
