1. Conditions to meet the parking lot intended for a past. vehicles and motor parts secured by the police for procedural purposes:

1) Deposits must be stored in a separate part of the parking lot, which is fenced, illuminated and protected against the impact of weather conditions (shed, tarpaulin) in this flooding.

2) In the part of the parking lot, designated for storing deposits, only deposits protected for procedural purposes by the police, at the disposal of the police, court, prosecutor's office, the tax office should be located.

3) the parking lot where they are stored Deposits for procedural purposes should be protected against access by third parties (in a way that prevents entry, i.e. protected by a fence with a minimum height of 1.8 m, with a key input).

4) providing a minimum of 10 parking spaces and places at a constant disposal on parts and components, corresponding to the size of a parking space intended for vehicles with a permissible total weight of up to 3, 500 kg and vehicles with an alternative drive of up to 4.25 t. To its complete filling and 3 parking spaces for a vehicle with permissible total mass above 3, 500 kg and alternative vehicles weighing over 4.25 t.
